One of the top five

Top five heritage site Monte Cecilia Park, a 162ha estate, was purchased from Māori in the 1840s by William Hart. In the 1870s James Williamson bought the farmland and built the Italianate-style Pah Homestead building. Read more.

Pumping out pipelines in Mt Roskill

Watercare has completed the first of three ‘shovel-ready’ projects in its $95 million plan to improve water services in Puketāpapa. The first project ticked off the list is the Akarana booster pump station. Read more.
