If you have your policy through one of our partners, you can claim using the details below.

Existing Claims

If you need to add to an existing claim, please let us know the details by emailing us at myclaim@vero.co.nz and include your claim number in the subject line. If you don’t have a claim number yet, we will confirm this with you shortly.

Please note that our claim numbers are always formatted with N00XXXXXXX – if you have a C number after lodging a claim online, don’t worry, we’ll be in touch shortly with your claim number.

We know that claim time can be particularly stressful for customers. Our claims teams aim to settle straightforward claims immediately.

If your claim is a bit more complicated, we’ll work with you and your broker or adviser to ensure your claim gets processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Either way, we promise to treat all our customers fairly.
