For our personal insurance customers, you can find your policy number either on your policy documents, or by logging into your My AMI online account. 

You can find your policy number on your Policy Schedule or your Premium Advice of your policy documents. This will be listed under Policy Number or AMI Reference.

 

When you log in to your My AMI online account, you will be directed to your policy dashboard where a list of active policies under your customer number/reference will be shown. Your policy number(s) will be displayed above the insured item’s name or address.

Please note that only personal car, home, contents and boat policies can be viewed in your My AMI online account at the moment.

 

If you’ve opted to receive your policy documents by email, you can try searching your emails for ‘AMI’, your number plate if for a car policy, or your address for a home or contents policy to locate previous emails we may have sent you.

If you pay by Direct Debit, you can find your policy number in the payment reference within your Internet Banking / Banking App.

If you are a business insurance customer, you will find your policy number in bold on your Policy Schedule and Premium Advice.
