Metro Park West concept plans

We are seeking feedback from residents in the Hibiscus Coast, Silverdale and Wainui regions on two concept design options for the development of Metro Park West in Millwater.

 

Metro Park West is located within the heart of the Millwater residential development, at the intersection of Bankside Road and Butler Stoney Crescent in Silverdale. It is a 14 hectare neighbourhood reserve that is currently an open grassed space, with a sloping aspect, sea views and a natural amphitheatre. The park is also referred to as Butler Stoney Park.
