High viewership after another massive weekend of Sport

The NRL 2023 season has unfortunately ended for the beloved NZ Warriors, however it was a stellar season ending with the NRL Preliminary Final against the Brisbane Broncos rating an 8.3 for Males 25-54 (54.9% share) and a 7.8 for All People 25-54 (57.6% share). We are already planning for 2024 so stay tuned for opportunities - it could be the Warriors year!

The Rugby World Cup in France continues to entertain fans with Sunday's Ireland v South Africa match rating a 4.9 for Males 25-54 (69.3% share). The Silver Ferns had a narrow loss to England on Sunday which makes for some exciting viewing for the following 2 tests.

It was great to get together for an afternoon of competition over a few drinks last week. The title of Sky Sales Ultimate Quiz Winner was won by The Sparklers from Spark Foundry with PHD and Dentsu coming in second and third. We were also delighted to give away a trip to the upcoming Australian Open to Summer Jane from PHD after an entertaining and fiercely contested quick fire battle.

Held in Sydney on Friday, Sky came away with a whopping 4 Gold awards and 6 Silvers. The awards haul included Golds in the hotly contested ‘Best Sport Promo’ and ‘Best Drama Promo’ categories, as well as ‘Best Special Event Promo’ for Pride 2023 and both Gold and Silver in the prestigious ‘Avid Editing Award’ category.
