The purpose of these communications is to provide our customers with useful building-related information.  Based on customer feedback that consistency in information and service provision is the most important thing for them; we hope that this bulletin is a welcome initiative. During this period statutory processing timeframes will not apply and applications received in this period will be processed when normal business resumes on Monday 13 January 2014. A skeleton inspection staff will be available throughout the Christmas shutdown via the call centre 09 301 0101.
