Welcome to the Building Bulletin, an informative newsletter published by Auckland Council Building Control.
The purpose of these communications is to provide our customers with useful building-related information. Based on customer feedback that consistency in information and service provision is the most important thing for them; we hope that this bulletin is a welcome initiative.

Please note that Auckland Council offices close at midday on Friday 20th December and will reopen on Monday 6th January 2014. During this period statutory processing timeframes will not apply and applications received in this period will be processed when normal business resumes on Monday 13 January 2014. A skeleton inspection staff will be available throughout the Christmas shutdown via the call centre 09 301 0101.
